About
David, known to almost everyone as Osh, played receiver and safety at the University of Toronto, and he coaches the way he played. Everything he builds starts from athleticism: speed, power, coordination and the ability to change direction without falling apart. His conviction is that those qualities are not reserved for people with a season ahead of them. They are what keeps a body capable, and training for them works at any age and for any goal.
He works with high school football athletes chasing a scholarship, adults who want to move better and get stronger, and hybrid athletes preparing for their next race. Every program pairs strength and conditioning with corrective movement and mobility work, so that what a client gains in the gym is not paid for in injuries later. Getting stronger and staying resilient are the same project, not a trade-off.
David has coached hundreds of HYROX athletes and built a HYROX program from the ground up at his previous gym, which is where his eye for pacing, engine work and the transitions that decide a race was sharpened. He is currently completing his NASM and CSCS certifications, pairing formal qualification with experience he already has. The through-line in all of it is the same: train like an athlete, for life.
